30-Day Return Policy

  • Free from damage caused by misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

In these cases, FLEXEAS will cover the return shipping cost.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

3–7 business days

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition before a replacement can be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
